Netease Asian Games Advertising Sales Exceed RMB 100 Mln

Ding Xiu, general manager of Asia Games marketing for internet portal and online game developer and operator Netease (Nasdaq: NTES), has revealed that though the sporting event is still a few weeks off, Netease has already landed RMB 100 mln in ad sales, far exceeding the company's previous targets.
Previously, Netease announced that in cooperation with Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU), online video sites Xunlei and Youku, China Telecom (NYSE: CHA; 0728.HK), and China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK), it would be building a cloud reporting platform.
