KongZhong Announces Resignation of CFO

Mobile Internet and wireless value-added services company KongZhong Corporation (Nasdaq: KONG), has announced the resignation of its CFO, Sam (Hanhui) Sun. It has also announced that Sun's replacement will be Jay Chang, who has previously served as the president of Chinese online video site 56.com and also as the CFO for Chinese language Internet group Tom Online.
