China Mobile Details New Mobile Internet Solution

At the China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) Internet Conference on November 28, Yan Zhigang of China Mobile's Research Institute introduced China Mobile's end-to-end next-generation mobile Internet solution, WiiSE - Wireless IP / Internet Service Environment. WiiSE supports 2G, 3G, ISM frequencies and fixed line local access, and will provide China Mobile's 350 million users with always-on Internet at speeds faster than fixed line broadband via use of peer-to-peer technology.
No details on operating models and pricing structures for WiiSE were given.
