China Adds 280,000 Cellular Base Stations in Q1 2024

China's total number of deployed cellular base stations reached approximately 11.90 mln by the end of March 2024, representing an increase of approximately 280,000 since the end of 2023, according to key communications industry infrastructure indicators newly released by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
