Positioning Services Platform Qianxun's User Base Exceeds 90 Mln

Shanghai-based positioning services provider Qianxun Spatial Intelligence' location services platform has surpassed 90 mln users, announced Chinese state-owned weapons manufacturer China North Industries Group Corporation (Norinco Group). Qianxun's Assisted Beidou (A-Beidou) global navigation satellite system (GNSS) rapid positioning platform service covers over 200 countries and regions worldwide. Qianxun has also successfully won a bid to build an overseas satellite navigation base station network.

Qianxun is a joint venture between Chinese internet conglomerate Alibaba Group (NYSE: BABA) (50%) and Norinco Group (50%).
