Tencent Leads Series D Funding in Mobile CRM Firm Renke
The Beijing News, 1/13/17
Beijing-based Renke Interactive Network Technology, developer of mobile CRM and sales support software Xiaoshou Yi, recently announced completion of RMB 280 mln Series D funding led by Chinese internet and mobile services firm Tencent (0700.HK), and with participation from Sequoia Capital, Matrix Partners China, and ZhenFund. Xiaoshou Yi currently offers Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions for five industries, including the media, finance, education, home improvement, and medical sectors.
Using Xiaoshou Yi's PaaS platform, business IT departments and third-party developers can create custom applications through a drag-and-drop interface, and programmers can use a function database and server-side scripts for business logic development. Businesses can use the PaaS system to construct applications or can use the platform to integrate internal and external systems to help digitize their marketing operations.
Xiaoshou Yi's PaaS platform offers a modularized development environment, which allows independent software vendors (ISV) to rapidly set up industry solutions and applications, ultimately enhancing their work efficiency.
Renke Interactive was established in 2011.
