Enterprise Collaboration Software Firm FXiaoke Lands Series E

Beijing-based enterprise collaboration software developer Yidong Facishare Technology announced today that the company has completed Series E funding led by CITIC Private Equity Funds Management and Hillhouse Capital Management with participation from IDG Capital Partners, Northern Light Venture Capital, and Doll Capital Management. Facishare did not disclose the amount of funding.

Facishare launched mobile sales team management tool FXiaoke in 2011, but the app is transitioning from a mobile sales management platform to a one-stop mobile office platform, according to Facishare CEO Luo Xu. Facishare plans to launch a free basic office version, while continuing to expand in sales with the launch of an all new customer relationship management system.
