Sina Invests in Mobile Carwash App 'TT Kuaiche'

Shenzhen-based NiuPark Information Technology, operator of mobile carwash app TT Kuaiche, recently received an undisclosed amount of Series B funding led by online media company Sina Corporation (Nasdaq: SINA), with a co-investment from Sequoia Capital. This round of funding will be used to expand NiuPark's market and develop products as well as provide several vehicle-related products such as maintenance, repair, and insurance services.

TT Kuaiche went online in July 2014 and is currently available in over 120 cities domestically.
