Customer Service Software 'Yichuang' Lands Angel Funding

Chengdu-based Yichuang Information Technology, developer of cloud-based customer service management software "Yichuang Yunkefu," has landed RMB 7-digit angel funding from Unity Ventures.
Yichuang's SaaS platform Yichuang Yunkefu is looking to develop into the Chinese version of Zendesk, providing external customer support (after-sales service) and internal staff support for Chinese enterprises.
Yichuang's client-facing system features order history, discussion forums and a portal for submitting new orders. The back-end display can be accessed by a client's managers and customer service employees, allowing them to process orders, check customer information, configure orders, check order statistics and adjust customer support settings.
