YY, 9158 Deny Government Mandated Site Clean-up Rumors

YY Inc (Nasdaq: YY), operator of Chinese voice-chat SNS platform YY and online game portal Duowan, and Hangzhou-based Tiange Group, operator of online karaoke SNS 9158.com, have denied recent rumors that the companies' online interactive entertainment services are the recent targets of a government clean-up operation aimed at removing illicit content from the platforms.
