Ebrun.com, 5/06/14
Beijing-based Zhide Chuanghui, operator of online B2C florist site Roseonly, has announced the completion of a USD 8-digit round of new funding from IDG and ACCEL. The company has previously received investment from Trends Media and Tencent (0700.HK).
At present, Roseonly operates an online site, offline stores, an official store on Alibaba Group's B2C e-commerce site TMall, and a store on Tencent's WeChat mobile messaging app. While currently offering flower delivery services only in Beijing and Shanghai, the company will enter Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou in the near future.
Roseonly, which is hosted on the roseonly.com.cn domain name, purchased the roseonly.com domain name in April 2014 from a Korean company that held the registration.
