Shijiebang Acquires Travel SNS Tukeq.com

Zhao Xiyu, co-founder of Shijiebang Information Technology, operator of online travel website Shijiebang.com, recently announced that the company has acquired a 100% stake in Beijing Tuer Huizhi Technology, operator of travel journal SNS site Tukeq.com. Shijiebang will incorporate Tukeq's content into its own community forums. Additionally, Tukeq's mobile user base will be incorporated into Shijiebang.

Shijiebang has also released a series of customizable overseas travel packages, designed by Shijiebang for independent overseas travelers.
