Ultrapower, Qihoo 360 Partner on Gaming

Beijing-based game developer Ultrapower Software (300002.SZ) has announced a strategic gaming partnership with Qihoo 360 (NYSE: QIHU) subsidiary 360 International Development. Under the partnership, Ultrapower and Qihoo will cooperate in the gaming space, including product marketing and distribution.
Cooperation may include, but will not be limited to, usage of the two companies' products, sales, and distribution channels, and potential investment in joint venture companies.
