Locojoy to Re-launch Mobile MMORPG 'Warrior King'
Sina Tech, 1/14/14
Xing Shanhu, CEO of Beijing-based mobile game developer Locojoy Technology, has disclosed that the revamped version of the company's mobile 3D MMORPG Warrior King has passed review by Apple and will be made available in Apple's China App Store on January 24.
Warrior King was previously released on Apple's China App Store on October 18, 2013, reaching as high as ninth on the top grossing app ranking list, and tenth on the free app rankings. Locojoy removed the game from the app store after only three days for continued development due to the discovery of a number of bugs. The game had already been in development for one year and eight months at the time of its first release, with a total development cost of RMB 11 mln.
The Android and Windows Phone versions of Warrior King will be released after China's January 31 Lunar New Year holiday, along with a smart TV version.
