Tenpay to Offer Bill Splitting via WeChat Public Account

Chinese internet company Tencent's (0700.HK) Tenpay online payment service has revealed that it will launch an "AA Shou Kuan" bill splitting service account on Tencent's WeChat (Weixin) mobile messaging application, allowing subscribers to the "AA Shou Kuan" public account to calculate and split restaurant and entertainment venue bills, as well as pay their shares with WeChat's WeChat Pay ("Weixin Zhifu") feature. The new "AA Shou Kuan" feature is currently undergoing closed-beta testing.
