Chukong Licenses Two Mobile Games from Taomee

GameLook, 11/28/13

Shanghai-based children's virtual world developer and operator Taomee (NYSE: TAOM) and Beijing-based mobile game developer and operator Chukong Technology have announced an agreement that will see Chukong pay RMB 20 mln to obtain the mainland China operating rights to Taomee's mobile MMOARPG Reverse World (Jifeng Yongzhe Zhuan) and to another mobile game thus far known by the code name "AGO." Chukong also announced that it plans to invest a RMB 8-figure amount into the promotion and operation of the two mobile games.

Reverse World is the first mobile game released by Taomee since it established an independent mobile gaming subsidiary earlier this month.
