Chinese SNS Management Software Lands USD 8-Digit Funding

Beijing-based Moshi Century Technology, developer of social media management software "Social Touch," recently announced that the company has landed USD 8-digit third-round funding from Sierra Ventures, Legend Capital, and GGV Capital. China Renaissance Partners served as Moshi's financial advisor for the new funding.
Established in 2011, Moshi is a social media management software and technology solutions provider. The company employs its "Social Touch" management software to allow customers to distribute content, launch marketing promotions, and manage ad placement on social media platforms such as Chinese internet company Sina's (Nasdaq: SINA) Weibo microblogging platform and Tencent's (0700.HK) WeChat (Weixin) mobile messaging application.
Social Touch currently has nearly 100 brand name clients, including 17 Proctor and Gamble subsidiary brands, China Ping An Insurance, IBM, Kingsoft (3888.HK), and Lakala. In 2013, the company released its "Pin Qu" enterprise software aimed at small to medium enterprises, which has accumulated nearly 1,000 paying customers. Moshi has more than 300 employees in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou.
