Mobile App 'Super Curriculum' Lands RMB 7-Digit Funding

Guangzhou Zhoumo Network Technology, developer of student-focused mobile SNS app "Super Curriculum" ("Chaoji Kechengbiao"), has secured a RMB 7-digit figure in new funding, following a RMB 8-digit first-round in June, according to CEO Yu Jiawen. The new funding comes from ZhenFund, an angel investment firm founded by Xu Xiaoping, the co-founder and former Vice Chairman of Chinese education services provider New Oriental (NYSE: EDU). The funding will be used to expand Zhoumo Network's development team and launch new products.

An "App Recommendation" feature has been added to the latest version of the Super Curriculum app.

Super Curriculum's development team is comprised of more than 50 people, and the app has a registered user base that exceeds 3 mln.
