Tianji.com Acquires Mobile LBS SNS Developer

Xiong Shangwen, founder of professional networking LBS-based mobile app "Zaizher," has confirmed that in November 2012 the company was purchased by Yingke Shidai Information Technology, operator of professional networking SNS Tianji.com, for an undisclosed seven-digit figure. Zaizher's employees have been integrated into Tianji's mobile department, responsible for the development of the Tianji app.
Xiong now serves as a VP at Tianji, responsible for mobile product development and marketing.
