Fishing Joy 2 Monthly Revenue Reaches RMB 30 Mln

Chen Haozhi, CEO of Beijing-based mobile games developer CocoaChina/Chukong, announced today on his official microblogging account that revenue from the company's mobile casual game Fishing Joy 2 will RMB 30 mln in February 2013. The company's Fishing Joy series of apps has been installed over 200 mln times (including pre-installs) and activated over 150 mln times in mainland China. Fishing Joy 2 was released in the third quarter of 2012, with revenue reaching RMB 10 mln in October 2012. According to CocoaChina/Chukong, daily revenue from the game has reached over RMB 1 mln.
