360Buy: 2012 Mobile Orders Grow 800% YoY

Beijing-based B2C e-commerce platform 360Buy announced today that the number of 360Buy mobile client installations and the number of customer orders via its mobile client grew by 800% YoY in 2012. By the end of 2012, 360Buy mobile client monthly active users (MAU) grew to more than 10 mln.
The 360Buy mobile client offers a number of mobile-specific features, including the ability to purchase items by scanning their barcodes, voice purchasing, and mobile maps and route-plotting. The application also allows users to recharge their mobile phone balance, order plane tickets, and purchase film tickets, among other lifestyle services, and features a number of digital services including e-books, music, and app store services.
