Shineshow, CNR Mobile Partner on Mobile Micromovies

Shineshow, a film and television production JV owned by Chinese online media and game operator Shanda Interactive and Hunan Broadcasting System predecessor Golden Eagle Broadcasting System (GBS), announced recently that it will partner with CNR Mobile, China National Radio's IPTV and mobile operator, on a "Shineshow M-Maker Micromovie" section of CNR Mobile's service, offering more than a dozen micromovies to subscribers of all three mobile telecom operators. China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) subscribers will be able to download the operator's "Mobile Video" client or log into the Monternet WAP portal to view the videos. China Telecom (NYSE: CHA; 0728.HK) subscribers will be able to view the micromovies on-demand from the operator's E-Surfing Video WAP portal, while China Unicom (NYSE: CHU; 0762.HK; 600050.SH) subscribers will be able to view the videos on China Unicom's 3G portal.
Shineshow has set up "Shanda M-Maker Micromovie Cinema" sections on more than a dozen leading Chinese video websites, including LeTV (Leshi) (300104.SZ), Youku (NYSE: YOKU), and Ku6 (Nasdaq: KUTV), as well as on the services of traditional operators including Qinghai Satellite, MTV Chinese, and Shanghai Media Group's (SMG) New Entertainment Channel.
