DoNews, 12/14/12
Beijing-based mobile games developer CocoaChina/Chukong will officially launch the Chinese-language mobile version of Korean online game developer and operator Nexon's Dungeon & Fighter (DNF) for iOS and Android devices on December 15. The Android version debuted in Chinese Internet services and security software provider Qihoo 360's (NYSE: QIHU) 360 Mobile Assistant mobile download platform, while the iOS mobile game is available through the Apple iTunes app store.
While the iOS version costs USD 0.99 and the Android version is free to download, users must pay RMB 8 to unlock the full Android version of the game. Both versions feature an in-game store selling virtual items.
CocoaChina/Chukong plans to market the game via Tencent's (0700.HK) WeChat (Weixin) mobile messaging application, but did not disclose any specific details regarding the campaign.
