iSoftStone Q3 2012 Profit Up 32% YoY

Chinese IT outsourcing and consulting provider iSoftStone (NYSE: ISS) has announced its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2012. Q3 2012 net revenues increased 33.7% YoY to USD 98.6 mln from USD 73.7 mln in Q3 2011
Net income increased 31.9% YoY to USD 7.5 mln from USD 5.7 mln in Q3 2011.
Net revenues from Greater China clients increased USD 20.6 mln or 47.1% YoY to USD 64.2 mln in the third quarter of 2012 from USD 43.6 mln in the third quarter of 2011. Net revenues from U.S. clients increased USD 2.8 mln or 15.0% YoY to USD 21.1 mln in the third quarter of 2012 from USD 18.3 mln in the third quarter of 2011. Net revenues from European clients increased USD 1.8 mln or 33.1% YoY to USD 7.2 mln in the third quarter of 2012 from USD 5.4 mln in the third quarter of 2011.
Net revenues from technology clients increased USD 6.1 mln or 29.6% YoY to USD 26.5 mln in the third quarter of 2012 from USD 20.4 mln in the third quarter of 2011. Net revenues from communications clients increased USD 5.6 mln or 19.0% YoY to USD 35.3 mln in the third quarter of 2012 from USD 29.7 mln in the third quarter of 2011. Net revenues from BFSI clients increased USD 8.1 mln or 56.8% YoY to USD 22.4 mln in the third quarter of 2012 from USD 14.3 mln in the third quarter of 2011. Net revenues from energy, transportation, and public sector clients increased USD 4.0 mln or 87.6% YoY to USD 8.5 mln in the third quarter of 2012 from USD 4.5 mln in the third quarter of 2011. Net revenues from all other industries increased USD 1.1 mln to USD 5.9 mln in the third quarter of 2012 from USD 4.8 mln in the third quarter of 2011.
Net revenues from the company's largest five clients totaled USD 47.8 mln, or 48.5% of total net revenues in the third quarter of 2012, as compared with USD 32.1 mln or 43.5% in the third quarter of 2011.
