Tencent Launches Social Ad Product

Chinese internet firm Tencent (0700.HK) recently launched a new interactive social display advertising product, which displays the number of participants in a given brand's online promotion at the bottom of the display ad and rotates through relevant posts from participants within the user's personal social network.

The ad is featured in the right-hand column on QQ.com webpages, and is already being tested by a number of advertisers.
