ERP Software Firm Digiwin to IPO in Shenzhen

Chinese ERP software provider Digiwin Soft recently submitted a prospectus to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) ahead of the company's planned IPO on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Digiwin will issue 30 mln shares of stock at an issue price of RMB 1 per share, for a post-IPO stock base of 120 mln shares. The underwriter for the IPO is Changjiang Securities. Digiwin plans to use the funds raised primarily for upgrades to its line of ERP software products, expansions to its operations and maintenance service center platform, and expanded R&D efforts.
Established in December 2001 as a JV by Digital China Management Systems (DCMS), the ERP subsidiary of IT services provider Digital China (0861.HK), and Taiwanese ERP firm Data Systems Consulting, Digiwin Soft is an ERP enterprise management software and services provider. According to its prospectus, the company had 2011 operating revenues of approximately RMB 347 mln in the Mainland China region, with net profits of roughly RMB 15.65 mln, and non-Mainland operating revenues of RMB 612 mln, with net profits of roughly RMB 76.79 mln.
