Qihoo 360 Offers Free Software Troubleshooting

Qi Xiangdong, president of Chinese online security software developer Qihoo 360 (NYSE: QIHU), recently announced the release of Qihoo 360 Computer Experts, a free remote computer expert consultation service that can resolve most software problems online. According to Qihoo 360's own statistics, 85% of computer users' problems are software issues, and Qihoo 360 claims that it can use its existing knowledge base and experience to automatically provide users with tools to resolve many of these issues.

Users need only offer a description of the problem through an online Q&A platform and Qihoo 360 Computer Experts will provide users in real-time with the most relevant solutions from its database. Users can select the best match to immediately download the corresponding tool to solve the problem.
