Lenovo to Recall 12K Units of All-in-one Computer

A notice posted on the website of China's General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) today states that starting today PC maker Lenovo (0992.HK) will recall approximately 12,338 all-in-one computers in Mainland China. The recall covers ThinkCentre M90XXz all-in-one computers (with XX being any digit) sold between July 1, 2010 and December 6, 2011. In 110V environments, the power supply in these computers may overheat, in some cases causing the computers' casing to catch fire. Lenovo will offer free replacement power supply units for all recalled computers.
