iFeng Launches Investors' Rights Service Platform

On February 21, iFeng, Phoenix New Media's (NYSE: FENG) internet portal, launched an investors' rights public service platform at http://315.ifeng.com.
The investors' rights platform aims to offer a new channel for investors to protect their rights and interests by offering free professional services and legal aid. Investors can select from seven categories - listed companies, investment advisors, agency reports, training courses, stock software, SMS stock recommendations, and other - to submit complaints. The platform will publish a "shareholder rights ranking" of companies, and will remind prospective investors to take note of enterprises' positions in the ranking when making investments.
In addition to its channel for complaints, the iFeng investors' rights platform also offers an online Q&A service. The platform guarantees that a lawyer will respond to investor questions within 24 hours of submission. Sixteen lawyers experienced in protecting investors' rights, including Song Yixin, Zhang Yuanzhong, Zang Xiaoli, and Xu Feng, have already signed on for the platform, and other renowned figures in the legal and finance community, including Wang Lianzhou and Guo Feng, have also been invited to serve as advisors.
The new platform also offers video lectures and breaking news updates, with the aim of helping investors better understand ongoing developments and their own long-term rights and interests.
