Tony Park, vice president of Shanghai-based online game developer and operator The9 (Nasdaq: NCTY), revealed on his Tencent microblog account today that The9 had recently set up a game operations business in Korea. Recruitment for staff in the new office has been completed, and the branch will begin game operations sometime in September this year.
