Chinese internet company Baidu's (Nasdaq: BIDU) joint-venture online video site, Qiyi, has announced that as part of its "Qiyi Productions" strategy, it plans to release at least four self-produced variety shows, 1 self-produced drama, and 1 self-produced film this year.
