Kingsoft WPS Office Joins Baidu Knows Open Platform

The Baidu Knows Open Platform (www.baidu.com/search/openiknow), which connects third-party sites to Chinese internet company Baidu's (Nasdaq: BIDU) Q&A platform Baidu Knows, recently partnered with software developer Kingsoft (3888.HK) to develop a "Baidu Knows" channel on the WPS Office software website (zhidao.wps.cn). The channel is featured in the latest version of WPS Office, which has a 'WPS Knows' button on its toolbar that will allow users to ask, answer, and search questions from within the application. Kingsoft released the new version of WPS Office on April 12, available at http://www.wps.cn.
