DoNews, 2/28/11

Chinese B2C & C2C e-commerce website Taobao today announced it plans to invest a further RMB 200 mln in consumer protection, as well as cooperate with nine government agencies in cracking down on IPR infringement.

Taobao's move will also see the company issue a monthly consumer protection white paper aimed at keeping the public informed of the company's latest efforts to protect consumers.
