Downjoy, CNTV Ally on Mobile Game and TV Program Integration

In an exclusive interview with tech.qq.com, Xiao Yongquan, CEO of Chinese mobile gaming platform Downjoy, revealed that the company is testing the waters for the integration of mobile games and television programming with a new mobile entertainment platform, CNTV Zhang Zhong Leyuan (3g.cntv.cn), developed in cooperation with China Network TV (CNTV), the online broadcasting subsidiary of state-run television station CCTV. Downjoy plans to release three new games for the platform by Q2 this year. Xiao commented that the games would be experiments in the interaction between games and popular CNTV properties, such as reality show "Jiaohuan Kongjian" (Trading Spaces), and quiz show "Kaixin Cidian" (Happy Dictionary).
