Rumor: China Mobile LBS App Due by February

A source involved in China Mobile's (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) Mobile Market app store has announced that an LBS plugin is now in testing and will be released before February 2011.

Earlier rumors said that Liaoning Mobile had been designated China Mobile's LBS mobile application testing base, and public transportation data had been collected for 15 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.
