Chinese internet company Netease (Nasdaq: NTES) recently opened an iPad version of its free web-based e-mail service. The new service (ipad.mail.163.com) uses HTML 5 and CSS 3 technology to improve performance and allow iPad users to read and send e-mails 50% faster, as well as provide attachment preview functionality.
