China's MoC to Crack Down on Vulgar Game Promotion

China's Ministry of Culture has issued a notice ordering local authorities to step up inspection of "vulgar promotion" of online games.

A source with knowledge of the situation told reporters that the clean-up is mainly targeted at browser games, especially those from smaller companies, but that all online games would naturally be subject to the regulation.
