Snail Game Plans 2010 Domestic IPO

Shi Hai, founder and chairman of Suzhou-based online game developer Snail Game, disclosed today the company plans to IPO on Shenzhen's ChiNext growth enterprise board this year. Snail Game's operating revenue exceeded RMB 100 mln last year and is expected to grow by 120% in 2010. The company expects to maintain 100% growth for the next three to five years.

To date, Snail Game has completed development and commercialization of a number of games, including Voyage Century, Age of Armor, 5 Street, The Chosen, Heroes of Gaia (Castle of Hero), and Legend: Legacy of the Dragons. Snail Game's products are sold in over 20 countries and regions, including South Korea, Japan, Russia, Southeast Asia, North America and Europe.
