At the China Next Generation Broadband Summit in Beijing yesterday, Wei Leping, head of China Telecom's (NYSE: CHA; 0728.HK) Science & Technology Committee, said China Telecom plans to develop between 500,000 and 1 mln FTTH broadband subscribers in 2010.
