NBA China Digital Media Director Joins Watercooler

Former NBA China Digital Media Director Andy Lee has left the company to join social game developer Watercooler, where he will serve as Managing Director of Asia and lead the establishment of Watercooler's new international offices in Beijing. Watercooler is also looking to hire a full studio team of senior executives, designers, engineers and artists.
Watercooler develops social games on Facebook and other social networks, and currently has over 800 games and apps on Facebook, including Kingdoms of Camelot, and boasts over 3 mln monthly active users. The company, founded in 2006 in Silicon Valley by a team of social networking and community software professionals, initially focused on connecting sports and TV fans through its network of online fan communities, and has built upon that expertise to create social games. The company has raised a total of USD 9.5 mln to date from Silicon Valley-based Canaan Partners and London-based Betfair.
