Chinese wireless value-added service provider and WAP site operator KongZhong (Nasdaq: KONG) has announced a strategic relationship with CCTV.com to jointly develop and launch a mobile internet site for the state media portal at wap.CCTV.com. The mobile site will include streaming audio/video and mobile social networking services.
