Chinasoft Acquires Computer Telephony Integration Firm

Chinasoft International (0354.HK), the software development and outsourcing subsidiary of China National Software & Service (ChinaSoft) (600536.SH), has acquired a 100% stake in Chinese telecom solutions provider Goldway Communications for RMB 33.59 mln. Goldway, which engages primarily in the research and manufacturing of computer telephony integration (CTI) platforms, is one of Huawei's key IT service suppliers for software production.
