Shanda Game to Feature In-game Ad from Coca-Cola

Shanda Interactive's (Nasdaq: SNDA) online gaming subsidiary Shanda Games (SDG) and Shanghai Coca-Cola have forged a strategic partnership, the two companies recently announced.
According to the agreement, Shanda Games will place a custom-designed "Coca-Cola Zero" non-player character into "Shengu De Huixiang" (unofficial translation: "Echo of the Deep Valley"), the new version of its 3D fantasy MMORPG Aion. In "Shengu De Huixiang", which will include new levels, skills, maps, and game content, the Coca-Cola Zero NPC will give gamers new missions to carry out.
At the same time, Coca-Cola will design limited-edition commemorative packaging for the company's "Coca-Cola Zero" product featuring Aion game characters.
