Tencent Releases Software Management Tool

Chinese Internet and mobile and telecommunications value-added services provider Tencent (0700.HK) has released the Tencent Software Management Tool. The tool allows for one-button easy installs of Tencent software such as the 2009 version of its instant messaging client QQ, its media player, its web browser, its Chinese language input method and its download manager. The software also has the ability to forcibly update these programs if Tencent discovers any serious security flaws with its programs.
