China National Software Receives RMB 200 Mln Funding

Chinese software developer China National Software & Service (ChinaSoft or CS&S) (600536.SH) has announced it is cooperating with both the East China Research Institute of Computing Technology and China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC) to invest RMB 200 mln in Chinese software developer China Standard Software. As a result of the investment, registered capital at China Standard Software will increase from RMB 50 mln to RMB 250 mln. 50% of the registered capital, or RMB 125 mln, will belong to CS&S, with the East China Research Institute and CETC together account for the remaining 50%.
