Ritu Wins GPS Copyright Infringement Suit

The Beijing Haidian District People's Court recently found Careland guilty of making infringing use of map information and data created by Ritu, and ordered the company to pay Ritu more than RMB 616,000 in damages. Ritu first brought suit against Careland for IPR infringement of its "CN-Map" digital map.
