Liu Wei, deputy general manager of Sharp China, has signed a RMB 1 bln contract with Chinese home appliance and consumer electronics retailer Gome (0493.HK) to supply the retailer with LCD television sets. According to the contract, Sharp will also back a promotion offering a 20% discount to consumers.
