Beijing Mobile Launches DIY Numbers

Beijing Mobile introduced a new standardized card for M-Zone and EasyOwn (Shenzhouxing) subscribers that will allow subscribers to log into Beijing Mobile's online service center or dial 15901590100 to choose their own mobile number. In order to prevent malicious resellers from stockpiling numbers, Beijing Mobile has instituted a permanent limit of two SIM cards per ID number.
