Chinese wireless value-added service (WVAS) provider Hurray (Nasdaq: HRAY) has announced that Sean Wang, who currently serves as the president, COO and CFO, has resigned from all three of his positions, effective June 20, 2008. Vice president and financial controller, Guo Xiaoqing, will assume the role of acting CFO until a replacement is found.
