Hong Kong GPS Firm Enters China Market

Sunlink International Holdings Ltd (2336.HK), a Hong Kong-based company in industrial wireless communications, will formally enter the mainland GPS market and launch a GPS business alliance. The company will join up with mainland partners through service partnerships, acquisitions and mergers, the creation of joint-investment companies, and the holding of convertible debt and equity. It will provide technologies, products and capital support to partners in exchange for sales channels and customer resources.

Sunlink has already signed sales agreements with 6 regional representatives. It is in talks with Shenzhen's ForeverLink Mobile to launch a mainland GPS business service network.
